Once an item is out of stock, will you be getting more in?

Most of the time, stock will be replenished if out of stock, although this may take some time. However, Limited Edition items will not be restocked, and some items may be discontinued. Please contact us for more information regarding specific products and stock levels.

How do I sign up to receive news and updates?

If you wish to keep up to date with everything Penny Morrison, and be the first to know about exciting news and product releases, sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page by inputting your email address.

Is VAT included in the product price?

If you are shopping in the UK, VAT is included in the product price. You will see a VAT breakdown at checkout.

For international orders, VAT is not included in the product price. Customs and duty taxes may be charged additionally upon delivery, dependant on country location.

How do I get in touch with you?

We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and are happy to help with any enquiry you might have.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts may be offered promotionally on occasion. Sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to receive the latest offers and product offerings.

Is your packaging sustainable?

The majority of our packaging is either recyclable or made from recycled materials. However, on occasion it is necessary to use alternative packaging in order to avoid damage to the product.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account to place an order. However, if you do decide to create an account, you will be able to view the details of all your past orders, your billing and shipping information will be saved.

I saw something I liked on the website a while ago, but I cannot find it now. Where is it?

It is most likely that this product has either been discontinued or it was a Limited Edition item. We are regularly updating our product range, which sometimes includes discontinuing stock, but often involves releasing new products.
